It didnt help. Onion skin allows you to view the previous frame, but its a little faded out so it allows you to animate fbf easier.

The text moving across the screen did get pretty annoying, next time include some picyures and no offense dude but it was hard to follow along cause your spelling was bad....but aside from that good job you did great
